Johan Oosthuizen Director

Mr. J Oosthuizen was admitted as an attorney in 1998 and conveyancer in 2007.
He specialises in the fields of High Court litigation, Conveyancing and correspondent work, High Court Motions.
Riana Gagiano Director

Ms R Gagiano was admitted as an attorney in 2013 and joined the firm in 2014 as Professional Assistant whereafter she became a director at our firm in 2016. She has right of appearance in the High Court since 2013.
She specialises in Magistrate Court litigation, High Court litigation, Family law, Children’s Court, Divorce Matters, Domestic Violence Interdicts and Harassment Interdicts, Drafting of Contracts, Wills and Antenuptial Contracts, Life Partner Agreements.
Karyn Prinsloo Director
Ms Prinsloo was admitted as an attorney 2016 and conveyancer in 2020. She is one of the firms Conveyers and specialises in Conveyancing.
Vida Henn Director

Ms. Henn was admitted as an attorney in 2012. She was previously employed at Engelsman Magabane Inc, whereafter she joined our firm in June 2022.
She joined the firm in June 2022 and specialises in Magistrate Court litigation, High Court litigation, Criminal Law, Family law, Divorce matters and drafting of contracts, Domestic Violence Interdicts and Harassment Interdicts.
Hanri Verwey Professional Assistant & Notery

Ms Verwey was admitted as an attorney in June 2015 and as a notary in July 2022 and joined our firm in 2021.
She specialises in Third Party liability matters (RAF, Medical Negligence, Wrongful arrest), Magistrate Court litigation, High Court litigation, Debt Reviews, Eviction Applications, Family law and Divorces and Notarial Contracts which include the Drafting Of Antenuptial contracts, Life Partner agreements, Notarial Deeds and Bonds (cessions included), Opening of Sectional Title registers and relevant Notarial documentation, certification of documents used outside of Republic of South Africa, Registration of Servitudes and Usufructs and execution of mining rights.
